Welcome to Sister Linda Taber's web site! I am a member of the congregation
of the Sisters, Servants, of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, from Immaculata, PA. Like so many members of our school and parish community
I am from a Navy family and had the opportunity to live in various states on the east coast as well as in Cuba during
my childhood. I graduated from Star of the Sea School in Virginia Beach and Norfolk Catholic High School. I attended Old Dominion
University before entering my religious community. Indeed Tidewater is home to me!
I graduated from Immaculata University. I have a Master's Degree from Marywood University in Scranton,
PA as well as a Master's Degree from the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, TX.
My years in religious life have afforded me many opportunities for
educational ministry in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I also had the unique experience of teaching for 6 years in Lima,
Peru. I have been very gifted by the many families who have touched my life.
St. Pius X school community has enriched my life by the dedication of so many parents and members of the parish
school community.
